1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The item will be examined upon receipt to ensure it meets our return criteria before a refund is issued.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom-Tinted Summit Topcoat Paint – Due to the nature of custom tinting, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these products.
- Any product that has been opened, used, or altered from its original condition.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 7 business days.
- If the returned item meets our eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Ship the item to the address provided, ensuring it meets our return criteria.
