Shipping Policy

At MTN Coat, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policies below to understand how we handle order fulfillment, shipping timelines, and related procedures.
1. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our facility in Lacey, Washington.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping unless otherwise arranged.
- Expedited Shipping: If you require faster shipping, please contact us before placing your order. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, which must be paid prior to order processing.
Estimated delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, MTN Coat is not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you of any expected delays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Customers will see the final shipping cost at checkout before completing their order.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the Continental U.S. and Canada
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we do our best to ensure a smooth shipping process, delays or lost shipments can sometimes occur. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, reach out to our customer support team at info@mtncoat.com
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damaged package and product.
- Contact us at info@mtncoat.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if applicable, file a claim with the shipping carrier.
9. Changes to Your Order or Shipping Address
- If you need to modify your order or shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or reroute the package.
10. International Shipping
Applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
